PC Series of Low Expansion Foam Generator
Product Introduction
Foam Generator is a fire fighting device that is fixed on the oil tank to produce and eject air foam. When foam mixture that is supplied either by foam fire trucks or devices like proportioners flows through the generator via transportation pipelines, air foam is produced to extinguish fire of oil or grease class.
Structure and Principle
Foam generator is made up of three parts, which include shell group, foam nozzle group and guide board.
When foam mixture flows through the nozzle of the generator, scattered mist jet is formed, around which the negative pressure is generated, so large amount of air is sucked into it to form air foam. The air foam is transported to the storage tank through foam nozzle pipe and guide board, runs down along the inside wall of the pipeline, and covers the surface of the burning liquid smoothly to extinguish fire.
